What the texts are

If you check the SMS box, where.care may text that phone number about quotes, shift reminders, visit messages, backup notices, and urgent shift alerts. Message frequency varies with the shifts you book. Message and data rates may apply.

The box is unchecked until you check it. where.care does not text a number that has no stored consent for this document version, including emergency SOS texts to a physician or emergency contact. Those numbers are not texted until that number has its own consent. Email to the operator still goes out for an SOS.

To stop texts, email hello@where.care and name the number. A texted STOP keyword is not processed automatically yet.
