Dementia Care caregivers

We're recruiting verified Dementia Care caregivers. Tell us you're looking and we'll email you the moment supply arrives.

Dementia care calls for caregivers with specific training in managing memory loss, sundowning, and the behavioral changes that accompany Alzheimer’s and related diseases. Strong candidates use validation rather than correction, redirect gently when someone becomes anxious, and maintain the daily routines that reduce confusion. Some have completed Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach or a similar certification; all should be comfortable with incontinence care, safe transferring, and medication reminders. Families commonly start with 10–15 hours a week and expand as the disease progresses. Every caregiver on where.care who lists dementia-care has confirmed direct experience with a diagnosed client.
